New QR Code Improves the Guest Experience
LISBON, 22 OCTOBER 2018: Delegates attending the HTNG’s European Conference at the Ritz Carlton in Lisbon this week, have a better guest Wi-Fi experience, through an automatic connection to the event’s secure, next-generation Wi-Fi service, across the entire hotel, using GlobalReach Technology.
By visiting https://htng.odyssys.net or using a newly-released QR Code, which delegates received in their welcome pack from HTNG last week, the secure Passpoint profile can be added to devices before arriving in Lisbon.
The one-time device provisioning tool will automatically connect their device, at any Passpoint hotspot at the conference, along with any next-generation hotspot around the world.
The solution ends the need for manual Wi-Fi logins and other obstacles to fast, seamless, secure connection.
The GlobalReach Passpoint online sign-up server (OSU) is a built-in feature of GlobalReach’s Wi-Fi management platform. The software easily creates Passpoint user profiles, to let wireless service providers and enterprises automatically connect their customers to any next-generation network.
